In the last 2 weeks I've attempted to get breakfast and use my coffee subscription 4 times. Day 1: they had no eggs. Day 2: they had no coffee. Day 3 and 4 the app hasn't functioned. Just white screen at checkout. Maybe they're finally going out of business. If not it's super embarrassing lol.

Ordered a “rapid” pick up order. Said it would be ready in 10 minutes. My fiancé sat there for 45 minutes waiting and nothing. He ended up just asking for a refund because he had to get back to work. They then said “oh it’s been ready.” After him asking countless times if it was. The manager was super rude and not helpful at all.

We order bagel packs every Sunday morning. Catherine, the manager dismissed us completely this morning walking directly past us at the front counter to grab herself a drink. Never spoke a word. We then waited for another employee to assist us. I had already received that the order was ready for pick up however, it was not. An employee questioned Catherine about the amount of bagels they don’t have in stock to complete our order. Catherine shrugged her off and offered no assistance. The employee (woman) was very overwhelmed and got our order together quickly and very friendly. It’s disappointing to see the management staff offer no assistance to employees or customers.

Expensive but so delicious! The You Pick 2 Caprese sandwich with ranch Cobb salad...it was amazing!! Wish I could go everyday but at nearly $12 for lunch, that's a hard no.

I made a call to get my favorite restaurant sandwich. It was 10:26am when they answered. The associate said he couldn’t make my favorite sandwich because it was close to 10:30am.
I talked with associate J and asked why it couldn’t be done? Then I asked for a manager. The time now is 10;28. Associate J talked to the manager about the situation saying things about delivery when I clearly said I’d be there to pick it up in the Next 7 minutes.
The store manager seemed uninterested in making my favorite breakfast sandwich. She then said I’d have talk with associate J to which I replied I don’t need you to talk to him.
I am making this review only because people don’t understand why it’s important to treat paying customers with respect. I wasn’t asking for a favor I was trying to spend my money in their establishment.
By the way … my favorite breakfast sandwich was the Asiago bagel substitute the sausage for grilled chicken yum yum!
