We order bagel packs every Sunday morning. Catherine, the manager dismissed us completely this morning walking directly past us at the front counter to grab herself a drink. Never spoke a word. We then waited for another employee to assist us. I had already received that the order was ready for pick up however, it was not. An employee questioned Catherine about the amount of bagels they don’t have in stock to complete our order. Catherine shrugged her off and offered no assistance....

4 days ago was actually the first time I've ever been to Panera bread, Now third time LOL, I go in the morning towards lunch and the workers were pretty nice and if you're a healthy eater type then I do recommend their Mediterranean salad OMG🔥🔥 good, also their egg avocado Garden Bagel sandwich😍

When the transaction was concluding, I mentioned that I ordered last night and didn't get my mac, laughing it off. DAWN was gracious and amazing and made my experience incredible.
