Papa Johns Pizza

Pizza's were made wrong so they remade and they still made 2 wrong out of 4. The breadsticks they poured the garlic butter over all of the sticks snd the other saice cups to an extreme. Ridiculous and poor quality service.

Waited over an hour for pizza and breadsticks for it to be cold and burnt!! Beyond upset. Order here on the regular basis. Beyond upset. If I could give no stars I would. They said they could remake but then waited 2 hours for a remake!!

I ordered 2 ultimate pepperoni pizzas with stuffed crust amd a few other items. I went picked them up got home, gave my 6 year old daughter piece of pizza only to find out after she took a bite that the pizza wasnt fully cooked and the dough was still raw and soggy.

Ordered a pizza, didn't get what I ordered, plus wasn't told that they don't have drivers, but is delivered by door dash and as always, door dash drivers conveniently don't have change. Marcos Pizza in Anderson is the same way. Papa John's is on my do not order from list also

We got two pizzas from this restaurant and they still had uncooked dough I couldn’t even eat it 30$ wasted could have given me and my kids E. coli poisoning or food poisoning. How disgusting .
If you order pizza check the dough especially close to the top of the pizza .

I tried to get a pizza from this location and Liz The manager has a bad attitude. As well as had the nerve to call me a name walking out of the store they had a sign up, asking to go to the rear of the store and have people walking directly through the kitchen. I seen people inside the lobby. The floors were drying. I had zero clue she immediately got an attitude with me. Then when I came around, I asked her for her name and her managers name and she said just leave. Absolutely ridiculous I hope to hear from Ben the supposed general manager. She continued to wanna argue with me out the door and I said literally just quit arguing I’m just trying to pick up my dinner. Please check me out.

Do not ask them to deliver if you plan on actually getting your food. Just order for pick up. If you pick it up they seem to have it ready when they say they will. I ordered for the pizza to be delivered before a party and it only showed up after everyone had already left.

Otherwise it tasted fine, like any other Papa Johns I've ordered from, except a few mistakes.

They didn't forget anything we ordered but they did overlook selected instructions to well bake, the bbq chicken wings didn't have bbq sauce on them, probably more smaller stuff the other time we ordered.

Ordered from here last night and never received my food! The delivery driver kept hanging up on me multiple times. I called today to speak to a manager and he seemed completely annoyed that I was calling. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!
