Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

We always stop when in town. 1st, when did they start putting Edta in pizza? 2nd we ordered 19 family size and all but 4 were large and 1 completely missing. ( feeding mulitiple families) Sister called and they said we would get a refund for the size difference. Still haven't received it. The chili thai pizza is concerning

Overall pretty good. The pizza quality is really good. It feels really expensive for not being cooked. Be careful when ordering their salads. When I got mine home, I realized how little salad was in the container. We weighed it and it was missing 4 oz worth of salad (expected oz were written on the container)

It is too expensive for the pizza quality I have. The woman employee there was not really welcoming and very cold. It was my first time trying Take N' Bake pizza, but I failed miserably.

We used to go here all the time. It was good, nice people. Customer Service has substantially declined at this location. There was a problem with our order last night. I was polite about it and was told by the employee on the phone that the pizza would be remade correctly the next afternoon. While the manager DID remake the pizza the next day,, when my husband went to pick it up he was told they don't have the Garden Veggie on the menu anymore. Only the Gourmet Veggie. So if we wanted a veggie pizza, that's what we were going to get even if the Garden Veggie was on the website. I had to call the store to CLEARLY explain what I was told last night. The manager had an attitude, like it was MY fault they screwed up. AND....the manager thought it was appropriate to include a personal condescending note on the pizza. No accountability for their mistake. WOW!

We love Papa Murphy's and so whenever we are down that way. We were really bummed that they got rid of the Chicago pizza since that was our favorite. Still good, though.

the pizza is good but they aren't actually open until 8, they don't let you place any orders after 7:30, so be aware of that.

Pizza was prepared before the 30 minute estimate and the pizza was delicious 😋
