First delivery they didn’t find me and returned the item to the store. Second time I got it delivered, but it was missing all the toppin I was expecting in my pizza. I’ve ordered a 3 topping pizza and got only a cheese pizza. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Delicious and accurate always. The server who is always there makes us not want to go but the reviews seem to love her so maybe we are crazy. Protip: check bill for “accidental” overcharging, count your change, and be aware that you should ask if things have an upcharge.

My order was wrong. Call the store and the give me a hard time when it came to making it right. When calling the store to address the issue the manager up in mid conversation as if I didn't just spend over $50 & still got the wrong order. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Never ordering from the 53rd street store ever again. Papa John's would never!

3x I have ordered here the pizza isn't the same as pizza used to be every time I got cold pizza and picked it up soon as I ordered not enough cheese. Just thought it was a mishap but it's pizza hut. Jets is way better.

We ordered on Christmas Eve as a fun gift to our kids since we had not had pizza in a while. I ordered almost $70 worth of food and all of my food was cold. I pulled up 10 minutes after I placed the order so I was concerned it was cold that quick. I ordered the pizza with tomato’s and pesto drizzle. No pesto drizzle was put on the pizza. Very sad by this ordeal as we love pizza.

If you love a great old school pizza hut buffet you are in for a treat! They kept the place super clean and the food was delicious. Lots of buffet choices too, not stingy!
