I usually go over to Columbus ave for my pizza king but came over to Grand Ave and it was ridiculously good tonight everything was great even our server Justina somebody outta give her a raise she was amazing other than that I appreciate how great they are with service will definitely be coming back

Our service was amazing the Manager and Sam Rock. Now let me say the lady who posted right before me Katie something is a complete liar. The manager never called her a liar. She actually offered a remake after letting her know she had made one that was without mushroom but she was ready to remake juat to make her happy. They were in the parking lot saying they were trying to get free food before coming in. This pizza king has changed allot in the last month for the better because of the excellent new manager and for fake people to come on and lie just to get free food is horrible. That is disgraceful and this is why businesses go sour towards real complaints. Lady if you read this please don't come back because you don't deserve their above and beyond service.
Ordered a large order, to feed 6 people- didn’t get everyone’s meal the first time, & there were issues with two of the orders. One meal had mushrooms when we asked for none, & another had plastic pieces in it. When we called them they were dismissive & even when shown pictures of the dish that was wrong- they said we must be wrong she made it herself. As a large family, we spend quite a bit when we order out. This experience was less than impressive, we will not be spending any more money there & management is rude & called us liars. If I could give no stars- I would.

Just moved back to Indiana after 10 years in Florida. I couldn’t wait to get a Pizza King Royal Feast and it was awesome.
Terrible management and customer service. I asked for one simple request and they refused to accommodate. They claim its policy, and I've verified that its not. I asked for my pizza dough brushed with dill butter like the breadsticks, before they put on the pizza sauce. They said its against policy. The issue is with the board of health, after using the brush on raw dough they cant use it on cooked food anymore. So they have to wash it. The reason they won't accommodate is because they dont want to wash it. Pure laziness. Either that or they really dont know the policy. I've already spoke with their district manager, but this review is for anyone who thinks of going to this location, dont , go to any other one , but this one.

This is a beautiful, HUGE and delicious Big Sir. Perfectly toasted, loaded with yummy goodness and just the right amount of green olives added, upon my request. Whoever made this knows how to put together a perfect sandwich. Delicious!!

This used to be our go to PK, I think we just visited for the last time. They can’t get an order right to save their lives, the door dashers kill the dining room wait times and experience. Looks like Yorktown will be our new regular! Management really needs get a handle on the staff at this location.
