Terrible customer service, sloppy staff. Went in at 7:10 pm to order, they refused to prepare fresh food, said according to the new manager they were closing early at 8pm. Went to this same location before and it literally took 40 minutes to get our food. The staff seems bothered that your there to eat.

The employees was sitting around using foul language very vulgar in the foyer with other customers. They had very nasty tables pop machines and the trash was running over. Very unprofessional of any restaurant.

Ordered on app, order said it was being prepared, drove all the way across town to get there. When I got to the store the doors and drive through speakers all had signs saying that the store was closing. This was at 6:40 pm. Have waited for long periods of time before at this location as well. Do not recommend at all.

I have had to wait for my food every single trip there, HOWEVER, my chicken is always very fresh. It's worth the wait if you have a few extra minutes.

I was very excited to have Popeye's for the first time and I was not disappointed. This place has great food and an awesome staff.

Do you know the schedule? Where does it say that the lobby closes early? I can't place a takeout order in the lobby and you have hours open until 11pm is that bullshit!!!!
