I get rally’s every few weeks, and the popcorn chicken everytime has been too hard to eat. Its made me stop eating there over time, and I got chicken strips and 2 were cooked with each other and connected, super gross and hard to eat. Was soggy and not cooked all the way. Please do better or I won’t be eating here anymore, please.
I have to edit this post because I can’t review it more than once. I haven’t been to rally’s since I put the review, and the same thing happened to me again. I spent $11 for 8 chicken strips and instead I got 2 strips and 2 cooked together strips that weren’t cooked all the way in the middle and really slimy, and in exchange for not giving me all my strips they just put 5 pieces of popcorn chicken in without telling me anything. I spent $11 and was only able to eat 2 strips, that were almost not edible. I guess I’m not coming back here again. I tried giving it a few weeks and the same thing happened, I hope people stop eating here.

Won’t come back. Placed a mobile order that included 2 apple pies and at drive thru they were telling people they were out of pies. After a 35 min wait with only 3 cars in front of us we get to window and they tell us the orders not ready and it’s going to take a min. Never addressed the pies so we asked and they told us they were giving us pies. I said we already ordered fries and didn’t need anymore can you substitute a shake instead. She came back and said the manager said no that you can have fries. This whole time we watched the manager go out for a smoke and hang out with someone parked there then go back in just to bring their friend a milkshake and hang out some more. After refusing to accept my extra fry substitution they offered funnel cake fries for my 2 apple pies and since it was clear that was the most her manager was willing to do I accepted and had to pull ahead while they made them. At least it gave me time to write this review and let others know not to expect what you ordered or what you’d like if they are out of something and when you do go prepare to wait and wait and wait.

They don't ever answer the phone It takes an hour or more just to get your food from them I don't understand what's taking forever for them to make food and then you get the food cold like this is ridiculous why don't you all start working and stop playing around

Well our food was never received and when we requested a refund none was given, I never received my food because when I came to the window the man was making my food with his bare hands .... After I wasted for forty plus minutes and many people received their food before me that came in later than me.

This Rally's used to be good. Lately it just sucks. The people always have an attitude like your order is distributing their smoke breaks. They have forgotten food the last few times. We've tried to give them chances but we're over it now. This place just sucks now.

Great staff...never have to go back or call for missing/wrong items. Food is always piping hot and delicious. The fries...to die for.

I ordered online late night and my wings got forgotten. The next morning I go back to make it right and I was told they’ve been out of wings for 3 days straight, so I was told to come back the next day and the staff and management were super nice and very accommodating! Very pleased with my experience.

My whole ordeal with this place was a joke. The female manager was rude and practically threw my food at my daughter. Then she slammed the window and when I honked to get my shake she rudely informs me that they don’t have any the machine was down and shut the window. Wont be back.

Ordered the deep fried mushrooms. They are all breading and a tiny piece of mushroom. Don't waste your money like I did. The mushroom and swiss has this tiny piece of meat.

Some (not all) of the employees are rude and they also are not aware that a customer who can orders through the checker app cannot just go into the app to get a refund. Like they always tell them, they seem to confuse their own mobile ordering with doordash pick up orders. Extremely unprofessional. Also don’t think that just because you do a mobile pick up your order will be ready, they still will clear the drive thru side before your order, They emptied the drive thru and I had waited 17 minutes for 1 order of funnel fry’s before I left, the girl kept talking about doordash even said contact doordash and I told her multiple times its not doordash she said i wont tell you again as she was walking to the back 🤣. I will never go to this location again for anything.
