First time ever visiting a ralleys, food was made wrong. I live in alexandria so I did t want to drive back, I tried calling and sombody answered the phone and when addressed my issue they just laughed and hung up on me. I'll prolly never be back.

Sat in line for about an hour waiting on burnt food after the terrible customer service saying we couldn't order a meal deal that is and was available forcing us to order different more expensive meals as stated before that was burnt.. (the meal deal is on the app had we ordered ahead) .... would

Sent my husband to pick up food while I was at work he placed the order around 10:55pm on 1/30 he gets to the store about 15 min later he got to the store and they refused to make the order because it wasn’t popping up on their screen even trying to show theo the manager the app and our bank where it was the scatterfield location he shooed my husbands phone away and told him we won’t get food and he can’t help us with our money back unless it pops up. Absolutely a freaking joke of a business this isn’t the first problem we’ve had here. Everytime (maybe 4 in the past 5 yrs we’ve lived here) food has either been made wrong or cold or absolute garbage customer service. I will be calling corporate in the morning.

Hello, I was doordashing and I saw a girl outside distraught and angry because of an unprofessional manager. I actually witnessed the manager attacking her verbally over not wanting her to sell anything with cheese sauce and for not lying about not having any. I was in the walk up waiting because of the long doordash line. When I walked out after the manager was verbally abusing her, I seen the girl stormed off outside and I checked up on her and she told me the manager is known to be loud with people and rude and thinks she can yell at people because she's " manager" and that this isn't the first time the manager has yelled at her employees over minor things and stuff that she wants them to do even though they aren't supposed to be doing that certain thing . I felt super bad for this girl crying and that manager doesn't deserve her title. I almost wanted to leave because it started concerning me. When this girl crying serviced me, she was amazing at servicing me and letting me know the order is being worked on, but the manager was not being nice at all! Anytime I get a doordash for here, I will NOT be picking up here because there is obviously some bullying towards workers and it needs to be fixed.

Parking: Might have the worst food in Anderson. They always serve almost every time. It seems like ice, cold sandwiches that are too cold to even melt cheese. That's always chewy, pink and soft and under done, In the middle, they can hardly make fries correctly about 1 and 10 visits. At the Anderson location. You will get good fries. We just had to stop going there. Altogether for the price of fast food today. Why would you go somewhere with a one, and 10 shot of getting good food when it's so expensive. You might as well take your chances somewhere else. I don't even know if I'd eat there for free. Except there fries. I miss there fries !! Been like this way before Biden came in it. Charge and ruined everything.

I haven't been to a Rally's in a long time. They seem to have gone downhill quite a bit. The food was okay. But the girl wouldn't even look me in my eye when she gave me my order. Customer service just ain't what it used to be
