Always a great time! I recently visited for a Birthday lunch with my broke best friend (my daughter). We sat in the bar. Angie was our server. Truth be told, I plan my visits around her work schedule! She ALWAYS gives outstanding service! There are quite a few places that I visit for a meal. Good ole Red Lobster stays in the rotation as tried and true!

As a regular customer, i look for good service .(Aubrey) has provided great service for my wife and i for a long time. All the staff is great. Service is nothing without good food. Im not surprised that the seafood is good but to my surprise their filet mignon is better than any steakhouse in town. (Ive tried them all. ) Good food is not enough unless it’s consistent. Since i have had at least 20 of these surf and turf meals in 20 weeks i can say they were all constantly good. Very unusual in today’s restaurants. The staff here in Anderson Indiana is the best I've seen. They remember our preferences and always have a smile and a helpful attitude. We missed a few weeks due to my wife's health and today Aubrey and some other staff made a special point to come over and ask how my wife was and give her a hug. This was greatly appreciated and made our day. This is customer service and keeps us as regular customers and makes me happy to leave a generous tip.

We love this restaurant. The food is always great, we sit in Meredith's section because she's the best bar tender / server. Always friendly, courteous, and takes great care of us !

Tried their new lobster pasta dish a couple weeks ago and loved it. My server, Ashley, did a FANTASTIC job keeping my kid stocked up on Lemonade and biscuits. Some of the best service I've had at a restaraunt.
Went to lunch with my daughter, the server and the manager Scott were terrific. The sever came to our table often and the manager came out to make sure we were having a good dining experience. He was very nice and Even talked me into the lobster baked potato which was great!
Parking: Plenty of handicap spots which was great for me.

Me and mama stopped in for lunch and we received exceptional service and great food! The manager Scott Curtis was very attentive and stopped by our table frequently to make sure we were doing well our whole meal! We will be back for sure!
We visited Ref Lobster for the first time in a long time on Jan 3 around 5pm. Our food was wonderful and service was great. Ashley took great care of us and the manager Alicia was super friendly. It is no wonder that everything went so well. I can only assume that the rest of the management team leads by example just like Alicia.
