Slow Sunday afternoon, but still extremely slow service. "Endless shrimp" doesn't mean anything if the server doesn't stop by for 45 minutes after dropping off food (and everyone else at the table has been done eating for fifteen minutes). Had to ask for check, and it still didn't come for 15 minutes.

Service was awful and it was not busy! Potatoes were not cooked completely, constant empty glasses, mistakes with order, had to ask several times for condiments. Server just did not take care of our table. Will still go to Red Lobster just not this one.

The original, nation-spanning, "For the seafood lover in you" chain remains a decent choice for a comfortable and flavorful in-house dining experience. However, the establishment is only as good as the people it hires. This restaurant is well-run, or at least it seemed so when I took a family member out to lunch.Their Cheddar Bay biscuits remain a guilty pleasure of mine when I go. And you pretty much get as many as you can cram in your pie hole. I opted for the all-you-can-eat clam chowder and salad. The chowder was okay. I found it required a fair amount of seasoning and could've used more clam meat. It ate a bit more like a potato soup, but I enjoyed it anyway. It doesn't stack up to places like Ivar's in Washington, but it's what we have. My guest had a reasonably priced lobster and steak combination at a discount due to Wednesdays specials. The flavors were excellent (it's a steak and a lobster, so...). The steak ran a bit rare, but they were happy anyway. If our visit is any indication, this restaurant is a fine one to visit if you're looking for mid-priced seafood options in a relaxed setting.Vegetarian options: I would look elsewhere as a vegan or vegetarian, but a pescatarian would be happy.Parking: Unless it's a crazy busy period, the attached parking lot should have ample space.Kid-friendliness: This is not really a kid restaurant, but a well-mannered child might enjoy itWheelchair accessibility: No issues with the wheelchair. Highly accessible.

I visited the Red Lobster in Anderson Indiana on Saturday, March 9th 2024. I do want to say our server was absolutely wonderful. No issue with her. She was extremely pleasant and we were a large group (15 Adults) and she was so on top of everything. Kudos to her.I had ordered a new appetizer for my lunch. BBQ Chicken Flatbread this was the menu description.(Chicken, mozzarella, parmesan, fresh tomatoes, red onion and fire-roasted corn over a crispy flatbread. Topped with cilantro and a drizzle of BBQ Ranch.)I had ordered mine without the fresh tomatoes or red onion.I extremely disappointed with the plate that was put in front of me to eat. There were maybe 20 corn kernels on the entire dish and the cheese was minimal at best. I don't know who thought a BBQ & Ranch mixture was a good idea, but just plain BBQ sauce would have been much more pleasing to my palate. There was also an extreme amount of salt underneath of my flatbread that it was just very hard to eat, let alone enjoy. Definitely not something I would EVER order again. I did bring it home with me because I was taught never to waste my food. I am going to try and scrape off the disgusting barbecue Ranch combo brush the salt off of the underside add some more cheese and a drizzle of real BBQ sauce. Hopefully it will be palatable. The first photo is from Red Lobster's online menu. The second photo is the leftovers I took home before I erase the bad parts and enhance them in my kitchen.I did notice on entering the restaurant there were no lobsters in the tank and it just didn't look clean and sparkly. It is very dark at this Red Lobster. The carpets were not super clean and there were shrimp tails on the floor.I know other members of my dining party mentioned their steaks were delicious and everyone else seemed to enjoy their meal very much. Mine was a total fail.A positive part of this entire event was our server was professional, pleasant, efficient and kind. We were celebrating a 90th birthday so I hope he enjoyed time with his family.

Worst experience I have ever had at a Red Lobster. It took 20 minutes to get a mixed drink and a tea, more than 10 minutes for the waitress to come back to take our order, when our crab dip and chips came out the runner dumped most of our chips on the floor, our steak was undercooked and I wasn't given any utensils to eat crab legs with.We will not be back to this location for sure and maybe none of them again.

Went to dinner with my wife, 11 yr old and 7 yr old. Cost was around $120. We went on a weekday and it was not busy at all. Some how we still managed to get sub par service. While the waitress was very polite and nice she was also very inattentive. The new spicy calamari was the best part of the night and the only thing worth the entire trip. The rest of the food was just okay at best. What I am most upset about was the cocktails I ordered. I ordered a Vodka cranberry with Grey Goose and a lime. The drink came and was absolutely terrible. I drink Goose on a regular basis and there is no way that this was Goose. The cranberry juice they used tasted more like fruit punch. I don't know what happened but it was awful. I think this was the last time we will be visiting a red lobster. They do not live up to the rep they once had anymore.

Not what it once was! The stuffed flounder used to be one of my favorite meals from ANYWHERE!Not anymore, it's more like powdered cheese sprinkled over spoiled fillets soaking in excess water. The wife still liked the Maine tails, but overall underwhelmed. And by the way straight up unflavored clumpy rice is NOT rice pilaf!

First time I've been there and I enjoyed the crab legs and lobster tail very much. The coconut shrimp was also very flavorful. Split the ultimate lobster feast with fiance and it was plenty.

The food and service were excellent. The only issue for me was the women's restroom. It was dirty. Really dirty and not "that day" dirty. The sinks, backsplash and mirrors were covered in hard water stains. The back of the toilet was absolutely nasty and looked like it hadn't had a good cleaning in awhile. The mirrors and fixtures were old and worn out looking. We spent $100 including tip. I don't expect to lose my appetite in a filthy resttoom. Also, it was New Year's Eve and fairly busy. That didn't stop the hostess staff from taking down the Holiday decor and cluttering up the walkway to the dining area during prime dinner time of 6pm. Poor timing on that . Looked unprofessional to have boxes and decor on the floor during NYE dinner. Otherwise everything was good.
