Our service was great, food was what you would expect from a chain restaurant. It was good all around. Only problem was the heat was out. That's not on anyone working even though they were the ones people were upset with about it . They had small heaters all around the restaurant so it really wasn't that bad.

HORRIBLE service. Got appetisers BEFORE drinks. Then food. Steak was supposed to be MEDIUM but got rare and the manager wanted to argue with us. My salmon was dry as the Sahara. We also waited over 20 minutes for drink refills.

Our first time EVER here and loved it....food was good, our waiter was excellent, probably the best one we've had in a long time, and food was very good and not overly expensive. Exactly what I hoped and expected for the evening. Will DEFINITELY be visiting again!

They seem to be short staffed. The food came out lukewarm. My friend's steak was tiny on a huge plate. My salmon was good. Just not very hot! And they were out of a lot of items. Below average on this meal.

Sadly Ruby Tuesday has obliterated their menu. Many options are unappealing. This particular location was freezing cold with AC blowing on a 60 degree day. The food was average at best. Ribs had zero flavor. Mashed potatoes were lumpy and cold. The server was the best part of the visit. Even the endless salad bar has lost its touch.

We keep trying to give Ruby Tuesday our business but the last several times (four or more visits) has proven that it isn't worth our money. While our servers have been friendly and accommodating, the quality of the food is poor. It's tasteless. Salad bar is good when it's filled regularly.

Went in on a Tuesday morning at lunchtime. Server was nice but it took nearly 40 minutes to get a chicken sandwich when it wasn’t busy in there, and when I got it, it was raw in the center. The table next to me sent back every plate of theirs a few minutes before this, saying their food was cold and I believe them. The server only offered to comp a portion of my meal, and when I called the manager to offer feedback, he said she should have said it was on the house but that I’d have to call corporate if I wanted a refund. Their corporate line is voicemail based so you can’t actually talk to someone. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Just had dinner here with my boyfriend and had amazing service ! Our server was named Ivee and she was literally the best , we always had full cups and made sure we got everything we needed in a timely manner and was just very sweet . She was very polite and answered all of the questions we had and overall we just had a good conversation. If you come to eat ask for Ivee! Best service I’ve had in Muncie .

Excellent service & food,The salad bar is endless and if you add it to your entree it is only $4.99The salmon glazed with a sweet barbecue sauce was a perfect compliment to the dish. I would highly recommend the Mac n cheese. It’s worth the $1.99 upgrade charge.
Amanda was excellent server. Food was great. Ribs and fajitas were awesome. Highly recommend flavored lemonades if that is your thing

Had an enjoyable evening out with my wife. The atmosphere was nice (no loud music or TVs, so conversation was great. Our waitress was attentive and welcoming. The Pimento Crispy Chicken Sandwich is one of our favorites (to share) and the salad bar rarely disappoints. Check your receipt for pretty decent discounts on your next visit, too!

It was awful. Waitress barely spoke to us. She had no other tables. Seriously. Just us. Couldn't get a refill. Then the food was atrocious. Grilled zucchini? More like deep fried in straight old grease. Salad bar was bare and had a foul odor. No flavor to anything. Ordered the new Orleans seafood and the crispy chicken mac and cheese. Terrible waste of 50 bucks. For 2 sodas. 2 entrees. And 1 trip each to the salad bar.

The restaurant was absolutely packed which is okay. The service was great. The hamburger that I got the bun was rock hard. And had way too much barbecue sauce on it. So for me the food was just okay.
