I only wanted a cup of matcha over ice, but they wouldn’t make it unless I ordered a full drink. I even offered to pay for a matcha latte and just skip the milk, but they still refused. It felt unnecessary since I was ready to pay for the drink anyway.

Just wanted matcha powder over ice in a cup. They told me they couldn’t do that without me ordering a base drink. I told them to ring me up for a matcha latte but just not put the milk in and I’d pay for the whole latte and they told me no. Seems ridiculous if I was willing to pay for the base drink, all they had to do was just make it how I asked.

Went for coffee and a snack around 5 in the afternoon. There were no customers in the place and no one in the drive thru. There were 4 employees. Stood there for 3 minutes with no recognition of us being there. We were totally ignored. We walked out.
