After 7p.m. good luck! Drive thru says open, will not answer phone, look right at you through window, will not come and take order. If I were franchise owner I'd be mortified. Complete joke!

I ways come to subway, but lately I have had bad service I went there last night 11/11/25 and no customers were there I pulled up to drive thru and no one waited on me 5 minutes went by I pulling off she said hi can I help you I just left. They changed there Wraps has no flavor dosen't give the flavor the old wrap did taste like water and flour no flavor what so ever go back to what you was using.

As others have said, online order instructions dont seem to be followed a lot. I had an issue with my entire order and have fought with them for 2 weeks now for a refund, being affirmed that I will receive it 3 separate time still with no refund. Staff is super nice but I just never get the correct orders from here.

Staff is friendly, but can’t follow online order instructions. You can either get your sandwich as “regular” or “toasted”. To them, regular means throwing freezing cold food items onto the bread and putting it in a bag, and toasted means burnt bread that’s hard as stone. And it doesn’t matter how you mark your sauce amount, they will only put a single line on the outside edge. Maybe if you don’t take advantage of the 6.99 deal and order inside where you can watch them make your sandwich , they might care. But I’ve ordered twice now with the app and all I got was dissatisfaction and disappointment. You’d be better off driving to the Alexandria location.

I just had the best sandwich ever! The bread was fresh, the tuna was fresh and seasoned perfectly, the veggies were fresh and crunchy. Well done!!

Got a chicken salad footlong like know 3 weeks ago ftom here and it had a lot of chicken salad on it, got the same sandwich and paid for 50% more this time and it has less chicken salad on it.
Not worth the money.

The people there are always down with a frown they never make the order right and the store half the time is not clean they dont wash they hands before touching your food they will be rude to you even if your nice to them the restrooms are not maintained but the subs are just sloppy they put little portions but you’ll go to any other subway and its different

A dead gnat and specks of dirt floating around in my drink when I opened the lid. Subway’s customer service online assured me I would be refunded upon talking to the employees here. However, when I came back to the building, I was refused a refund for it under the excuse that I should have called them directly instead of reporting it to the company’s customer service site. Huge red flag that they don’t want customers telling the company about their negligence & they will refuse to fix their own mistake for you as retaliation.

I ordered online the cheesy garlic steak. It was so delicious. Ordering on line is easy. I came through the drive thru to pick it up. The young lady working has great customer service. My husband ordered the ham. He said it was fabulous! Thank you for the delicious lunch.
