Bunch of people trying to take your order. Who can't speak English again? Does any Americans own subways anymore? If so I would go to that one that way, they can understand what you want on your sandwich. It's not that much to ask if you live in America, and you wanna be an American learn how to speak American !!! I try to also not go there. Who wants to spend thirty to fifty bucks on cold cuts?Kinda ridiculous if you ask me
Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly. If you ask me nothing there for kids. My kid also likes their stuff on the side. They don't like it all on their sandwich, and they act like you murdered their dog to ask them to stick some veggies in a soup bowl

The pickup time was 4:15 I picked up the food at 4:20. Both subs were cold, not even warm at all! We asked them to be toasted and they were obviously not toasted. Asked the manager for a refund or if they could remake them and they refused. How are you going to have someone pay over $20 for 2 subs that you didn’t serve correctly and refuse to make it right? Every other restaurant I’ve been to would be more than willing to fix their customers order instead of trying to debate with them they you made it right? Admit your mistake, because I know you can afford it but us little people cannot.

RACISM at its finest!!!!!!! Walked into an EMPTY restaurant, waited for 10-15 mins called the phone, called into the back for assistance and NO ONE came to take our orders. Walked out and another patron (white) walks in and mysteriously an employee comes out the back to assist!!!UNACCEPTABLE especially in 2023!!!!!!
