Tried ordering online but keep getting error code. Went inside and spoke to the young lady with no help at all. Honestly I'm not sure she understood exactly what we were saying. Ended up paying more for the same order because I placed it in store because of the app and no customer service. Food was great but staff needs work

I'm handicapped, so I always use the drive thru, this is the only Subway restaurant in Anderson that has a drive thru!! Very nice employees, excellent service, they always get my order correct!

Hello just to let you know that you have two exceptional employees at this location they are polite and very efficient any time they are working the restaurant is always spotless and they keep everything fresh they deserve a raise or a bonus their names are sam and dhura and because of them this is my favorite subway this is at the Main street subway in Anderson indiana
I had a door dash that forgot a lot of stuff the lady who works evenings went out of her way to replace my whole order and make things right even though it was door dashes fault food was amazing and most importantly the service she cared I will be back thank you!!!!

I have been trying for over 45 minutes to get in touch with this location. the line goes right to voicemail. no corp number to be found and any other stores in the area are unable to provide one. I am now out over $30 due to there system and unable to reach them. I will be in contact with them to get this resolved even if I have to walk into the store myself. this is horrible. it's always a problem with them@!!!!

Why have a menu with sandwiches ( numbered and named) when I have to tell the sandwich maker what to put on it. Happens every time. Employee with long brown hair could crack a smile once in awhile.
