They just need to shut this taco bell down. I tried to go eat here and wasn't able to. First I wanted to eat inside but the doors were locked. So I went to the drive thru and was greeted by a robot. I refused to respond so finally an employee got on the mic with an attitude. I expressed i didn't want to order with a robot and she told me we'll next time I need to ask for an employee. I felt disrespected and unappreciated as a customer. So I said nothing else. Left without ordering and won't be returning. This taco bell does not care about customer service anymore and it shows. Sad. Your employee's should do their jobs. Should not be able to shut the lobby down for weeks. You just lost a customer because of it. I'm sure you don't care tho.

Twice now at this location I've went to the drive thru, ordered 3 beef taco supremes and both times when I get home to eat them they left off the sour cream. I paid for taco supremes, but I got regular tacos instead. Tonight it's a little after 1am, there's no one in drive thru, it's dead, yet they still screw up a simple 3 taco supreme order, JUST 3 taco supremes. How does that happen 2 times? I ordered mild sauce with my crunchy tacos & cheesy fiesta potatoes & like ALWAYS, no sauce!! Not 1!! & it ruined the entire meal! It was a waste of money because I didn’t eat any of it . I fed it all to my dogs! & excuse me , but that’s kinda expensive dog food!! This isn’t the first time either!! The last 3-4 times, no sauce!! Why do u even have a place for me to order how many I want!! Nobody pays attention!! That’s probably the last time I order from this Taco Bell! I’m a LOYAL Taco Bell customer & you can ask my husband!—I’ll cook for him & I’ll order Taco Bell for me! But I think I’ll take a break from your restaurant—you have burnt me enough!
Went back tonight. Yuck. The food was terribly prepared and nasty nasty. Imo hire cooks who care. Can't wait till I can't tell everyone I know to stay away from this store.. wasted time doing a renovation and not focusing on training in food service. Shut it down or bring in a well trained team.

Absolutely horrid food. I cannot imagine a worse experience. Have eaten at many Taco Bells but will not return to this one.
This has turned into one of the worst taco bells. Their card system seems to always be down. No signs, so you are trapped in line for 30 minutes. Customer service skills are lacking but it's fast food. I drive all the way to the other side of town if I want to now. Forgot to add- they will just randomly be closed.

I went last year with a friend, and we both agreed that it tasted pretty bad, we couldn’t finish it, and they specifically said the meat tasted really funny. They got some really bad food poisoning for the next week, and previously we’ve had the exact same meals and food for the last two weeks, besides this Taco Bell. I was in a rush the other day, and decided to get some Taco Bell at this location, and the food still tasted pretty bad, and I felt sick eating it, and couldn’t finish.
My friend never went back to a Taco Bell since, and I don’t think I’ll ever be returning to this location. I’ve been to other locations before, and they’re all fine, and some are pretty good, but there’s something about this specific location that our stomachs couldn’t stand.
With that being said, it’s still a Taco Bell. It’s probably fine if you want to get some cinnamon twists, or things without meat, but I personally wouldn’t return. I’m still going to other locations occasionally. The service was relatively quick, and everything else was fine, we just had a problem with the food served, and given it *may* just be an us problem.
