So we go to this place all the time . Last night we decided to bring some bread home. But it had a cockroach embedded into the bottom of the roll. Discovered by my daughter this morning after BITING INTO IT!!!!! Where there is 1 there's more!!

We’ve always had good experiences dining in, but take-out is a completely different story. Always takes 20-30+ minutes longer than when promised and portion sizes (especially salads) are very skimpy.

Love getting Texas Roadhouse when I'm craving a steak! My steak is always cooked well enough. The salad is great-I think it's the ranch dressing and cheese. Of course, loading up on rolls is a must. The service is normally decent. It's a good value for a steak dinner. I love joining the waitlist before coming in so my family and I aren't sitting and waiting for an hour. The only complaints are that it can be so loud inside you feel like you are yelling across the table and the sweet tea is normally lacking flavor and sweetness.

The waitress was great at first, however, my bother in law was in town and we were never asked if we wanted more rolls at any point during dining in. My country fried chicken was cold and the gravy on top had made a film from heat lamps. My brother in laws burger was cold by the time he got it as were his fries.

Sometimes when I go here the employees at the waitlist table don't speak and ask if I've been helped. I waited 5-10 minutes and no one said a word. Then I realized I could have asked to be put on there sooner. It might not have been intentional, but it's not a good look.
