Tried the famous onion burger. 2 paddies with grilled onions nestled between the paddies. Very hot and tasty. Fries are skinny and hot. The oil was clean and the resturant did not have an odor of cooking oil. Everyone was pleased with food and service. Working Model train was fun to see above our heads.

I was in Anderson Indiana, for the weekend and came across this diner. Our family of 4 enjoyed burgers, fries, onion rings, and a milkshake. Prices are great and the staff was AMAZING! One of the best burgers I have had, and we traveled from Ohio.

If you’re a smash burger lover, ya gotta come here. They specialize in an onion burger that is very similar to an Oklahoma onion burger, and just may be better! Great thin fries, and pork tenderloin was excellent. But the service is what really shines. My server even took the time to tell me about other local food favorites. Oh, and the cherry coke with the crushed ice! Very tiny, limited seating but that adds to the experience! Skip the big chains where everything tastes the same. Come support a piece of Americana that is rapidly disappearing. You won’t be sorry.

The Lemon Drop is a small diner offering good American food. The staff are very friendly and informative. It was our first time here. It's a very popular place to eat. We willing be back and hope you will be there too!

This was my first visit to the Lemon Drop in Anderson. They were packed at 12:30 & several were waiting for a table. I sat at the counter and enjoyed the conversation of my fellow diner because he was funny. I ordered the dbl cheeseburger, french fries, and tea~ my meal was served hot, fresh, and delicious, and with a smile! The Lemon Drop offers tasty food. My bill was just under $13.00
I love a place with an aura and The Lemon Drop is one of those places ! Great prices and super quick service!

Place was small but a cute vintage vibe. Parking lot is small but oh well. Food was good and affordable. Only thing I gotta say is that they’re not warm and welcoming. Not friendly staff and slow service. And this happened the second time we went as well. Kinda ignored our table and took awhile to get our bill. Don’t even greet you when you come in they just stare at you. Didn’t know we had to seat yourselves which is fine but everyone just stares at you like a deer in headlights which is uncomfortable and not helpful.
