Worst restaurant experience ever! Asked for grilled chicken from the menu and they brought me a fried chicken patty and told me they’ve never had grilled chicken. Took an hour to get our food, even though we were the only people in the dining room.

we tried the tenderloin at The pit stop bar and restaurant in Anderson today. this was a very large tenderloin ($9) with a good thickness and moist. however given the texture I suspect it was a fritter. the big pillowy french fries were delicious. they don't have a grilled tenderloin so we tried the chicken fingers which were a bit dry. the coleslaw had fresh cabbage but needed salt which they provided so they were fine

Anderson residents are missing out on some great food. Recently visited this restaurant- food was great and service top level. Prices were outstanding also. Was in town to golf at local golf course, found this hidden gem. We’ll be back. Thank you.

Never had a nasty meal from this place! ALWAYS on point, on time and the foods always hot!

Don't let the plain exterior keep you away! The burgers are great and the prices are reasonable. We enjoyed chatting with bartender/owner. Support a locally owned business.

First time there. Had the chicken wings and they were the best I've had in a very long time. Very clean and fast service. Will definitely be going back

First time here, even though we've lived in Anderson 20+ years. The portions were generous. My wife loves the coleslaw. My ONLY suggestion would be a bit more cheese in the macaroni and cheese, but aside from that it is very worth the price.

Absolutely love this place. I work in a factory .5 miles away. Great place to call in a food order always done to order and done right. Also a great place to stop in for a refreshing beverage always cold and fresh. The inside is clean and smoke free meaning it doesn't smell like a bar. Jukebox and pool tables available as well. Really enjoy this place all the way around.
