Normally it's fine but today February 19th 2025 at 1:03 they made my order wrong. Which is fine it happens, but then I overhear the girl making it be rude about how I ordered it, which was literally how it's worded on the menu. Yes rude lady I know what a "melt" means. Not MY fault you didn't listen to the server tell you no cheese and YOU made it wrong, and I definitely should NOT have been bad mouthed mere feet from where I was sitting like I was an idiot

Never again gross and dirty management was awful and vulgar. Was yelling at staff and didn't care every customer could hear. Disgusting management I'm not sure how they are still open with the attitude and how Disgusting the place is

The manager yelled at us outside and threatened to have our car towed if we didn’t come into her restaurant to eat. Apparently was concerned we were going to eat at Texas Roadhouse which is across the street. Which we planned on eating Waffle House.
The perpetrator/manager was dressed in pajama attire, yelling and cursing on her cell phone. Wasn’t even sure if she was talking to us or if she was drunk. Seems like an awful place wouldn’t recommend.

They served my food with MULTIPLE hairs in it. Not one..... multiple!
I swear I'm cursed today! What does it take to go somewhere and sit down and ENJOY a nice meal ?
They took the plate before I could snap a picture for you guys.
I found hair on BOTH of my plates. Not just one !

P.s. The waitress verbally said that reviews on Google "they don't matter" ...... I beg to differ

Litterally drive from Ft Wayne Indiana to Lima Ohio, just to eat the waffles. Why not buy a waffle maker and make them yourself? You may ask. I could but the atmosphere reminds you of when gas was 89 cents a gallon and ice cream was 5 cents and the only worry you had was making it home before the street lights came on.

My husband waited 45 minutes only to find that the to go order was never submitted. When he brought the food home, the order was wrong. We paid extra for pecans on the waffle which was plain. There was no gravy on the hasbrowns. One of the workers walked out! I expect a refund!
