Very poor representation of your brand. Slow service. BURNT hashbrowns. No apologies. And we love Waffle House. But not this one. 12/2/25

Do not come here unless you want your wallet, stolen with your hard earned money in it!

Ordered the T-bone with eggs and hash browns. T-bone was a bit dry but palatable. Eggs were good scrambled. They ladies was nice and friendly. Haven't eaten at Waffle House in so long, brought back memories.

I did to order and got home and didn't have all of my food and the party melt was made without onions. You can call the store back because they have this recording and no one answers the phone. Stuff is too high to not receive what you paid for or be able to talk to someone about getting your order done correcrt. Waffle House you must do better with customer service.

We usually like Waffle House, a lot. Today not so much. We both ordered an omelet and scattered smothered hash browns with dry raisin toast. The hash browns were cold and the dry raisin toast was smothered in butter. I heard our waitress call it and she called it right. I believe the hash browns got cold because she was texting on her phone as was another waitress. I brought home my hash browns and heated them up in the microwave. It will be a long time before we go back there.

I grade on the curve with all food. I stepped inside the place really hungry. From the beginning, the coffee had a weird aftertaste. I have never sent back coffee in my 58 years. I had the patty melt the sandwich was slopped together with not very much meat with a few onions. It didn’t taste like the burger or toasted portion had been grilled together or either had been made that day. I had the double waffle. The waffles were under cooked and tasted as though it had been made at some point much earlier. I’m honestly thought it might give me food poisoning. I have had Waffle House food before and it was amazing. The service was adequate. I would recommend that anyone avoid this place at all cost. For what little I got, it was $27. I’m not the type of person to send back food. I I tried to eat the food, but ate very little of it.

If I could give this rating a 6 star I would. The waitress who served me was amazing. The best server I’ve ever had. Very good conversation but could also tell when I wanted to sit and enjoy my meal. Would also check up on the meal at a the perfect times and would refill everything as soon as they were empty. Never caught her name but I cane to this location at 6:30-7pm on Sunday, September 7th.

Food was also great and came out very quickly.

Paid 40 dollars for what...ordered a BLT and my lettuce was garbage..the bacon was overcooked and fatty..the choclate milk tasted like a cardboard box..only thing that was good was my husbands eggs and grits.
