Gave this location a number of tries to get an order right and today was the 3rd mistake. Didn’t even get the right order a straw nor does the equipment work if you’re wanting to use your app.

Went to the drive-thru Wendy's on Nichol Avenue, they were busy I could see them through the drive-thru window getting the food ready, some were not wearing gloves , particularly The one getting my fries for me, I don't want them touching my food with bare hands ,I won't go back.

This Wendy's reminded me why I stopped going to Wendy's. The fries were greasy as hell. It seemed like they literally just took it out of the oil and threw them in the bag. The chicken was old and burnt. The ranch even seemed like it was old. This place is so much worse than it used to be. That's saying something considering it's never been that good.

I placed a mobile order. For two large fries. A medium fry and an Asiago chicken sandwich. All three of my fries were ice cold like they pulled them out of the fryer way too early. My chicken sandwich had very little topping and I tasted like it has been sitting there for hours. I called the store to let them know and to get my order replaced at a later date due to my daughter taking the car to work. The manager David told me it was impossible that my food was cold. And active like he did not want to replace my food. I have had really good food from there the last few times I have gone. Today was not even edible. I am so very disappointed. This location is sometimes friendly and other times they are just very rude and don't wa t to work. The management is awful and they let their employees run around like monkeys. Also I was there eating a few weeks ago and they were cleaning tables with restroom cleaner. Now that is gross.

First we were greeted just "for here or to go" as he acted like we were bothering him. So no one was inside or in the drive thru at this time. We ordered two biggie bags, one burger and one chicken and nothing was hot or warm. For being lunchtime and being served cold food. I didn't say anything as it would bother him and I'm not sure how the redo food would be. When I asked for a bag I was done being treated so terrible we just left. We won't be back.

Wendy's used to be my favorite food. These people, though, they screw it up all the time and the guy at the window never says hello. Never even acknowledges that you're a person for that matter. Been that way for the last 4 or 5 people. That's worked there. It's almost like they tell their people to not treat you like our human and to screw your food up as much as possible. And then make it as complicated as they can to get a replacement. People are just rude at this.Wendy's.

We ordered the NEW Krabby Patty meal!! The pineapple frosty is delicious and reminds me of a dole whip from the fair. The Krabby Patty sauce was perfection!! They also added SpongeBob stickers with a 30-day free subscription to Paramount!!
