Food was good. Service was accurate and fast. The music speakers in the dining room are blown, so they are blasting painful static noises. We had to yell to be heard over the noise, and I left with a headache. Maybe they're trying to get people to eat fast and leave by torturing them until they get out? Do NOT RECOMMEND dining in.

Kid-friendliness: Very friendly. Food was fast.

I can say that within the last month of me going back I have noticed that they have fixed the problem they haven't been messing up on anybody's food and the people have been a lot nicer but they did tell my fiance they don't have the baked potato anymore which made me upset but maybe they were just out

This location is ABSOLUTELY horrible. Took 20 minutes to get my order taken, the frosty's of other customers were prioritized over hot food. Get home ICE COLD and missing entire items. The lady at the front was so hard of hearing that we had to basically yell to get anything done. They had no clue how to work their own systems. Their drink machine in the lobby was down. Had to fight to even get the proper amount of drinks due to the fact their receipt machine does not print properly. then they take your receipt and throw it away FOR YOU EVEN IF YOU ASK FOR IT. call after getting home and they want me to come back in tonight or tomorrow for a remake. I say i want a refund THEY WANT ME TO COME BACK IN. I get my husband to call and then they can suddenly do the refund without us coming in because we had to pull the fact that one of us is on oxygen to even get them to listen. The Krabby Patty isn't worth this. If i get sick i'm going to call corporate and demand compensation for this

My wife went through the drive thru and bought two combos and 3 kids meal chicken nuggets. When she came home with the food all 3 kids meal nuggets were nasty and cold the large fry she bought was half empty and all fry’s where at least an hour if not longer old. So I called up there and spoke to the manager which her name was Lana and told her about the food. She was very rude not professional and tells me that if I want fresh new food that I needed to come back up there and bring everything back with me well I wasn’t able to bring all that food back up at the time and I tell her this and she tells me that if I can’t do it today then she can mail me some free coupons for free food just to give her my address. I told her that I wasn’t going to give her my address so when I tell her that she gets really rude. So I asked when her GM would be in next and she tells me she’s too busy to look at the schedule that I had to call back. and not only did that happen they charged us twice for the same order, she charged our card gave the card back And then continues to say that the payment didn’t go through and that she had to run it for a second time after my wife told her that it did she’s gonna sit there and argue and say it didn’t. My wife gave her our card back and she charged it for the second time. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone or at least not on Lana her shift because clearly she’s rude, disrespectful and not professional at all. I don’t know how she even got the position that she has.
