Got my order super small all supposed to be 25 boneless wings into one box. Store wasn’t busy only one other customer in the restaurant. Back to the order I got four flavors mild only received four. Gowan only got super small pieces of sauced breading. As well as 8 of our mango habanero. I’m very disappointed I spent my hard earned money to be ripped off

I left a one star because the food was hot and fresh but I did not feel it was sanitary at all, all the employees in the kitchen had their hair down & so did the cook with dreads he did not have his hair pulled back or in a hair net. One girls braids were all the way to her knees and not pulled back, the manager that was in a black wing stop shirt that was standing at the register, was on her phone on speaker and cussing while having a conversation with another employee, the food again is always fresh when we got , the lobby is always a mess when we come in always.. rather it be straw wrappers or unclean tables it’s never kept up on. Had it not been for my boyfriend wanting to eat here I would have not gotten dinner here tonight due to the unsanitary environment.
Sadly I don’t think this review is going to do anything as far as improving the stores environment. But thought others should be aware of this. It would also be unfortunate if one of the girls braids or hair got in the grease easily and something terribly happened, I hope that the district manager or corporate sees this some how or someway, TIA.

The packaging of our to go order was horrible. Globs of sauce soaked through the bottom of the bags getting everywhere. The food was okay after we waited an hour for our online order. There was poor organization in the store, and service was subpar. We usually have a great experience at our local shop in Texas, but this one needs some work. It was not a pleasant experience.

i made a huge order with wingstop through doordash and they told my dasher they didn’t get my order, ok weird but i digress, the issue was when i called wingstops establishment and a very rude young girl answered the phone with the worst customer service ever , told me wingstop doesn’t go thru doordash and ended up hanging up in my face. i always order from this establishment thru doordash and never had an issue. i’m highly upset and dissatisfied with the customer service i received.

I ordered from this establishment on DoorDash. After informing my brother on what I have done, he filled me in on my mistake. Then I ventured to these reviews & boyyyyyyyy. What a waste of money. The fries weren’t packaged. Just sitting on top of the box of wings cold & soft. The wings were somehow dry cold & wet at the same time. Not fond of this experience.

I've been going here for 3 months now since I moved into town. Not once have I ever had to pay for a dipping sauce for my French fries. They tried charging me the last time I went in. I demanded my money back and I promised myself never to return to this restaurant again.
I haven’t got my food yet but it smells like the grease trap is hella overdue for a cleaning. The customers are all covering their noses. I’ve also had to wait in the smell for 20 min and all I ordered was voodoo fries

I've tried this place a handful of times s8nce living here. I never get my order right weather the fries aren't done, the wings aren't crispy like I asked, or the sauces are just wrong or missing. Today I ordered just fries with ranch and hot sauce, and they said it'd be ready in 20 minutes. We got there about 15 minutes after ordering and had to wait 45 minutes for just an order of fries. This is the worst wingstop I've ever been to. I also ordered a large fry and definitely got the normal size not a large and they were soggy.
