I recently dj'd a wedding at Union 12 and Caruso's was catering...and they were a force! An army of people who shocked me with how much they went above and beyond! from flipping the room, to taking care of guests, they were ready to help make the day amazing for the couple, their friends and family. Their setup was done so as to allow guests fast service through the buffett....oh the the Italian offers were very very good. LOVED the mushrooms! Great job. Very impressed.
We had our son/daughter-in-law’s rehearsal dinner here and were so pleased with the delicious food and wonderful staff. They set up our table decor just as I asked, every detail was perfect! The food was outstanding and our servers were efficient, personable and fun. Thank you for making our celebration special!
10/10 forever recommend! Their shrimp skewers are amazing! Fresh and perfectly cooked. The flavor is on point and their cocktail sauce is super good! My order is always ready in a decent amount of time or earlier. Also, it’s always a nice bonus to see the cute guy with the long hair working whenever I pick up my food. 🙃
