I recently dj'd a wedding at Union 12 and Caruso's was catering...and they were a force! An army of people who shocked me with how much they went above and beyond! from flipping the room, to taking care of guests, they were ready to help make the day amazing for the couple, their friends and family. Their setup was done so as to allow guests fast service through the buffett....oh the the Italian offers were very very good. LOVED the mushrooms! Great job. Very impressed.
We had our son/daughter-in-law’s rehearsal dinner here and were so pleased with the delicious food and wonderful staff. They set up our table decor just as I asked, every detail was perfect! The food was outstanding and our servers were efficient, personable and fun. Thank you for making our celebration special!
We have eaten in the restaurant and have gotten carry-out at work many times over the years and it is always delicious. Last weekend Caruso's provided the meal for the rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding; I was a bit nervous because of the quantity of food and because we were picking it up and setting the meal ourselves.
