Ordered chicken bacon ranch sub with customization (no lettuce, no tomatoes, and no mayo) showed the customization until I pressed submit. Since my receipt doesn't say it the store won't take care of it, even though they know it's an ongoing problem. And they are aware that this is happening. Very disappointing after spending $13 for a sandwich I can't even eat. I stopped eating there before I guess it's time to stop again. Food is great however 2 pc of bacon and 1 pc of meat chips and sm drink is not worth $15.00. I’m going to buy the same sandwich from another JJ place and show you guys what it should look like. Sad pics are also deceiving they look nothing like the real thing.
lacking the meat big time. 17 dollars for 2 sandwiches i should be full. one slice of bacon and a thin piece of turkey doesn't count as a sandwich.
