I think their oven is broken. If I ask for extra toasted, bread will still be soft and as if not toasted at all. I've tried ordering several times now, hoping for different results, but always same experience. Also had to deal with a rude woman twice on two Friday mornings. Most of the time other staff is alright though. Subs seem lacking sometimes in something in comparison to other local subways, not toasted properly ever, but maybe cheese lacking as well. Today the plexiglass...
