I've been ordering biscuits and gravy at the Auburn, IN Arby's for over a decade. Today I ordered and was presented with a bag with 2 gravy containers and 2 biscuits wrapped in paper. I walked it back to the window to tell them my order was incorrect, that it needs to be served in a way that it can be eaten, on a plate or in a bowl. The guy at the window said they can't do that. I was served a meal that was in an inedible condition.

Ate their this afternoon and the tables, floor, etc was gross. Used our own handy wipes to clean table....and NO, I shouldn’t have to ask. Hope the kitchen is cleaner! Kind of iffy if we go back.
