I'm not sure where the other people went to that complained about the Chipotle in Auburn, IN because everything was above and beyond expectations. My woman and myself are and got over full for under $25. The place was very clean, service was quick, food was nice and hot, and customer service was great. Keep up the amazing work Chipotle staff and don't let the negative Nancy's bring you down!!
I’ve been to this Chipotle three times. I went through the pick up window twice and I went inside to order once. The last two visit they forgot the chips that I ordered. Not a big deal, but it’s a good idea to double check before leaving the restaurant.The employees are very nice. Food temp is ok, but it could be warmer. Flavor is good. Portion size is average. Cleanliness is good.

I ordered online and got a comically small burrito. Honestly we got a good laugh at work about it. I came in and showed the manager a picture of the burrito and he was the friendliest guy in the world and super accommodating. People make mistakes, and handling it in a professional way like he did is what gets repeat customers.
