Someone at our visit to the Auburn Cord and Deusenberg Museum suggested Cebolla’s for dinner after a long day in the museum and what a treat!!! Our server, Marina, was absolutely incredible. I wanted to substitute sautéed onions and peppers for fresh ones in my shrimp taco salad and she made that happen. I savored every bite and my husband’s Fiesta Chicken Buritto was enormous but he cleaned his plate. The museum wore him out! And the margs were outstanding. The food was...
Food is always good. I think they've had a lot of turnover. People don't seem to know what they are doing. We always sit at the bar rail and never have to wait. Depending on how busy they are, it's hard to find parking right in front of the restaurant.
I stopped here on a whim, and was glad I did. My fajita salad bowl (with steak) was excellent and large. Sergio the bartender served up refreshing drinks and tolerated my shaky Spanish. The Mexican flair of the restaurant is a plus.
