Extremely disappointed with our experience at Auburn Buffalo Wild Wings.
Our group of 15 waited over 90 minutes for our food. I understand large parties may require extra time, but another large group that arrived after us got their food, finished their meal, and left before ours even came out. The restaurant wasn't busy, so there was no obvious reason for such a delay.

Wings were a disappointment. Our server Chelsea was Fantastic!!!!
I’m not going to talk about the food in this review as it’s a useless point at a national chain that throws frozen food into a fryer. It’s mediocre, we all know that.
I placed my order online. It told me the expected ready time for the order was 50min later. I arrive at the restaurant at that time. I’m told that it will be 5-10 minutes more. Skipping ahead, it takes 40 more minutes to receive my order, approx 1.5 hrs after placing it.

Buffalo Wild Wings is a restaurant known for its sports bar atmosphere and variety of food options. On a recent visit, the restaurant was busy and had limited staff, but still provided good service, especially from Shay R, who was an amazing bartender. She was friendly and warm, ensuring prompt refills and good conversation. However, the experience varied greatly for customers; some mentioned long waits for food and service, leading to mixed feelings about their visits. The Trivia Game and Golden Tee were not working during this visit, which disappointed some customers. It was also noted that it was extremely hot in the bar, and many would prefer a cooler environment. The restaurant is currently undergoing remodeling and is expected to reopen in a month or so.
