“Love this place and the app makes it even easier to order, however… the last three times I’ve accumulated enough points to get a free pizza, all of the sudden my account isn’t valid and my password doesn’t work, so I’ve had to make another account. This happened yesterday and it’s a pain in the butt. No point in having a rewards/point system if you can’t ever use it.“
