“My band, Riot Division has played here twice. We love Carl's tavern! Everybody there is always super cool and friendly. Chad Sowers has booked both of our shows and always does a great job with the bands! You could not find a more honest promoter! If you have a chance to go watch some bands there or if your band has a chance to play their, do it! We will definitely be back! Hopefully again and again and again!Parking: You can park down both intersecting streets and there are also parking lots.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps at the front door or throughout Carl's tavern. Anyone in a wheelchair should be okay. I always look at stuff like that because when my back goes out, I'm stuck in a wheelchair for a month or so.“
“The thin crust is awesome! Looks dry and toasted but....perfect. Looks definitely were deceiving. Jalapenos were great! I love this Dominos. I wish you would go crazier with the pizza choices. ? “Tonight I just picked up carry out and the manager Chris and the young lady who took my order and check me out Kristen was amazing. The location was New Haven. I worked for a restaurant company for almost 17 yrs and this is exactly how service and management should be at a place with friendliness, urgency and just doing an overall great job. You better keep your hands on these two because you don’t see that often anymore in place and you need to treat them right like they’ve treated your guests to make your company do well. “I am vegan and my lunch options are very limited in New Haven. Earlier this year, we were advised that we were offered a discount so I called to see if Papa Johns would accompany my diet restrictions. I ordered the Garden Fresh pizza and asked to sub mushrooms and spinach for the cheese and olives. I was impressed when I saw my pizza order - the toppings were not skimpily applied as I've had happen at other pizza establishments. I was even more impressed when I tasted it! Please know that I will be back!Vegetarian options: I was very pleased. The onions were perfectly cooked - still slightly crunchy and naturally (I hope!) sweet; the mushrooms were of a better quality than other offerings in the area and I loved that you had spinach available to add. The pepper was a nice touch as well.Dietary restrictions: Your staff was helpful and friendly while assisting me on the phone prior to placing my order and at the time of pickup. I was impressed with both of the people I interacted with. They were understanding, accommodating, polite and helpful.Parking: I was able to park right at the door.“
“I'm not the end all, be all of pizza however, little ceasers is fast, it's doesn't taste cheap like other higher food chain pizza......and they take the lead on delicious garlic butter for me..lol is there room for improvement absolutely but people hate on little ceasers for allot of unnecessary reasons. “This was our first time at the EAST HAVEN tavern. The last night of summer weather, was perfect. ADAM was our server & HE IS TERRIFIC! Adam was fun, entertaining, friendly & had us laughing throughout the night! He made our time there, WONDERFUL !!! He was on top of everything the whole evening!!!!!! We stayed about 2.5 hours. Their patio & deck area is very relaxed & cozy ! The food was EXCELLENT! KUDOS TO THE COOKS ! I had the East Haven burger, my wife had the Bleu cheese burger. We had fries, coleslaw & macaroni salad. The garlic mushrooms were a great start to the experience! The was a lady server, don't know her name, who stopped by to check on us during the night, several times as well. !! GREAT SERVERS, GREAT COOKS, GREAT ATMOSPHERE ! WE WILL BE GOING BACK !!!“
