I ordered 4 pizzas online for pick-up at Noon on a Saturday. They were ready on time and tasted great. I got a good deal on them. I like ordering online to get points for free food. The young lady that rang me up was really friendly and even offered free plates and napkins. I would definitely order from there again.
My issue was costumer service. After posting a 3 star review, the "(onwer)" commented asking what thay could do better. That is the costumer service required. Thank you for your interest and the drive to do better. Pizza was great, the food never disappoints. Later shift employees just need to have smile and that same drive to please.

I am vegan and my lunch options are very limited in New Haven. Earlier this year, we were advised that we were offered a discount so I called to see if Papa Johns would accompany my diet restrictions. I ordered the Garden Fresh pizza and asked to sub mushrooms and spinach for the cheese and olives.
