I am vegan and my lunch options are very limited in New Haven. Earlier this year, we were advised that we were offered a discount so I called to see if Papa Johns would accompany my diet restrictions. I ordered the Garden Fresh pizza and asked to sub mushrooms and spinach for the cheese and olives. I was impressed when I saw my pizza order - the toppings were not skimpily applied as I've had happen at other pizza establishments. I was even more impressed when I tasted it! Please know that I will be back!Vegetarian options: I was very pleased. The onions were perfectly cooked - still slightly crunchy and naturally (I hope!) sweet; the mushrooms were of a better quality than other offerings in the area and I loved that you had spinach available to add. The pepper was a nice touch as well.Dietary restrictions: Your staff was helpful and friendly while assisting me on the phone prior to placing my order and at the time of pickup. I was impressed with both of the people I interacted with. They were understanding, accommodating, polite and helpful.Parking: I was able to park right at the door.

Doordash employee who doesn't carry cash an accepts a cash not credit card order, shouldn't take the order!~An the cinnamon pull apart doesn't look anything like the site does! Dominoes pizza looks better, an I used to work for one!~

Specifically said "No Garlic sauce or peppers an only Cheese sauce" on delivery instructions?I hate an I mean HATE the taste of the garlic sauce!Do ya employees pay attention to delivery instructions??Bad enough u only give 1 cheese sauce with alot of breadstix!I had that many left due to ya employees inability to follow instructions!!! As there was alot of thin ones!Bad enough I tipped em through the website, I contacted my bank telling them I want the tip amount refunded back to me!An I almost might chipped a tooth on what ever that was in the pizza!Or worse if it was in me!!Bad enough all they do is apologize I'm the email an do nothing to correct thier employees mistakes!
