“I went with a friend in April. Since it was just the two of us we were able to get a table without a reservation. Great tea selection. We tried the queen Karen’s afternoon tea. I needed to tell the waitress that I’m vegetarian so not all the sandwiches were all
Meat sandwiches. I also took a look at the regular menu. I’m a little disappointed with the vegetarian selection which is only a grilled cheese sandwich. It when I told my waitress that I’m vegetarian they do have a cucumber sandwich with no meat and a pear Brie sandwich. Both were really good. The other disappointing thing about this place is that they place Christian music. In these kind of places there should be classic piano or classic violin playing in the background. Not everyone is a Christian, so that was frustrating. All in all, the atmosphere is very adult tea party and I loved it. I will be going back again. The fun thing about this place is that the church is attached to the cranberry cottage. And they’ve turned it into a shopping area. I purchased a couple of trinkets from there.“
