I am disappointed that this establishment handled service animals and veterans. I am a store manager at an area restaurant who has dealt with this particular service dog and owner of the dog and they are a favorite at my establishment. The dog brings so much joy and happiness to the customers and is the most well behaved and trained dog that I have ever seen. I have never seen the dog (Lady) ever get on to a seat only when she is alerted and has a feeling that there is something wrong. The owner of the dog has many health issues because of his time served and recently had a heart attack and open heart surgery early this year. If the dog was on a booth or a chair, there would be a reason for that, other than that, the dog is always on the ground by his feet. I hope this store can make it right and offer an apology to the veterans and service dogs.

Nothing like refusing to serve a Vietnam veteran & his certified service dog. Such a sad way to be to those who were willing to pay the ultimate price for our country. And by the way you can't refuse service to a person who has a certified service dog. Can't wait to see how this plays out for you. Definitely will never stop here ever again. they have NO RESPECT FOR VETERANS. very rude. was told to take a certificate service dog and go out side to eat. please help show this business owner we stand with our vets Also if he is so worry about a service dog. he needs to look at the dirt under the tables, the lack of air conditioning there is no restroom.

Such a cute little place! We love their ice cream flavors and shakes! Their fries are also great and the prices are a steal! We just wish they were open year round and will be sad when they close for the season. Every time our service has been great and fast!
