I used to love them, they were always delicious. But the last few times the coffees were undrinkable. Tasted like they burnt the coffee. I always order frozen drinks, don’t know if that makes a difference. But won’t be going back for a long time, if ever.

I visited on October 21st, around three thirty in the afternoon in Avilla, Indiana. I didn't catch the name of the lady who helped us, but she was phenomenal... so nice, so sweet... and made two fantastic drinks for us. I love Biggby!

Stopped by one day when it was new and really enjoyed their selection. Now that I work early mornings, I've come to this place often to help get me what I need to wake up! The staff there have been nothing short of the nicest people that ever served me.I'm really surprised that this small town has a coffee spot with a morning team that have been nothing but awesome!
