I think this is the first review I have ever written, if that says something’s and it is NEEDED. I don’t think I’ve been to a McDonald’s yet that has CONSISTENT horrible customer service. There is no happiness in the staff. Half the time you can’t get your whole order out without them cutting you off and asking if that’s it. They don’t ask about the rewards app. It’s bad. When I was there today, she went to go take my card to pay, closes the window on me to start someone else’s order. By looking at the reviews it is abundant that this location has PROBLEMS. Management, intervene before it gets worse.
