Food from here always taste fresh cooked. Always welcomed with a very friendly manner. If you order inside its a long wait. They tend to attend to drive thru faster. Waited 20m minutes at the front counter. The atmosphere is great. Lol. No one is usually inside. Very dark.

This location is directly next to my work four nights in a row now, I have set in a line for 20 minutes trying to get a burger twice I've been told that they're shut down for maintenance and twice I've had to speed off to head to work because I've sat in the line for over 23 minutes I am very not impressed with this establishment they need to be looked into their food is decent but their service and ability to push food out is less than adequate

DONE going there. I use to go there alot. But I'm done I had 2 sandwiches and both were made wrong 3 times. Can't get a simple only cheese burger right. And they wanna smash the fries at the bottom. Straight bullshit.

I had a really bad experience at this McDonald’s. My order was missing food, and when I called to let them know, the person on the phone was rude and hung up on me. I wasn’t even trying to argue—I just wanted what I paid for. I won’t be coming back here again.

Avilla Indiana McDonalds will never get another dime of my money. The manger(Austin) just accused my kid of theft(my kiddo has almost 3 years working there) she would never steal and has never stolen in her life. The owner and manager has had a week to check cameras. You can let a guy get head in the parking lot and just move him to another McDonald's. That's ok I guess. My kid is so upset because of this she is a good kid and would never do this. Anybody that has kids knows when your kid is being honest and if your a good parent will know your kid inside and out. A big mistake has happened somewhere. She said dad maybe I did make a mistake but I'd never steal. I told my crying kiddo to just move on it's just McDonald's. They never listened to her when she asked for more hours and to acuse someone of theft with no proof just means they are incompetent. She has gotten so many compliments in our tiny town because she is a friendly person. The owner (and manager)of this franchise should be ashamed. Ask around in avilla most people will tell you this place is a joke. Go to St.James if you want food or The Pizza Place or even Heys tap.
