Hands down has to be one of the cleanest restaurants / gas stations I have ever been in. Customer service was awesome I was greeted when I was walked in and I am just I'm still amazed on the cleanliness of the store!!! Prices were so-so pull over all my experience what is great here and I had found everything I needed. Definitely check out this Subway. Food was amazing, fresh hot and was exactly how I ordered it. I was not rushed while ordering and I noticed that the employees made sure that they were changing their gloves when they touched elsewhere, which is 100% Plus for me always. Definitely check out the Subway you won't be disappointed.

DON'T EAT HERE! They messed up everything, don't know how to read! Was getting this for the promotional offer and he didn't make the nachos so never got to try them. Very rude wanted to argue about it not being on the receipt. Place is very dirty.

The store is extremely clean! They do a fantastic job at making their store nice. The subway is also pristine. They hardly add anything to sandwiches though. If they would understand topping ratio this could be the best subway ever! Also.. the employees are not overly inviting. Which is fine .. I feel like I’m probably the same way. They seem pretty down to business.

Sad to say. We will never be back to this Subway. The owners don't care if something is wrong or bad. They'll sit their and argue with you. Tried to tell them a sauce was bad. They just argued it's fine. Kid couldn't eat it. Guess we go elsewhere for him. Because they wouldn't even try to Mahe things right. Corporate will be hearing about this franchise.

Horrible service and they never put hardly any toppings on anything! I got double tuna protein bowl, with double black olives (there was literally like 6) double green pepper there was about 5 strips, ranch and there was none, Parmesan and there was none, extra tomato there was two, double cucumber there was 4 slices so thin you can see through them. This bowl was $15!!! Absolutely ridiculous! I would give no stars but that’s not an option! I wish I could post a picture! I paid extra for avocado slices, I got a tiny dollop of mushed up avocado ? just drive to the next town….trust me!

This has to be the worst Subway within a 500 mile radius. Please just drive to Auburn or Kendallville or Laotto or anywhere else in the world if you want Subway. If you go here in Avilla, don't say I didn't warn you.
