Horrible service and they never put hardly any toppings on anything! I got double tuna protein bowl, with double black olives (there was literally like 6) double green pepper there was about 5 strips, ranch and there was none, Parmesan and there was none, extra tomato there was two, double cucumber there was 4 slices so thin you can see through them. This bowl was $15!!! Absolutely ridiculous! I would give no stars but that’s not an option! I wish I could post a picture! I paid extra for avocado slices, I got a tiny dollop of mushed up avocado ? just drive to the next town….trust me!

This has to be the worst Subway within a 500 mile radius. Please just drive to Auburn or Kendallville or Laotto or anywhere else in the world if you want Subway. If you go here in Avilla, don't say I didn't warn you.

These guys are always prompt and courteous. I'm in once a week usually and they always greet everyone at they enter the store. They seem eager to assist customers and are always pleasant.
Parking: There are 6 spots around the gas pumps, 5 on the sides of building near doors, 3 or 4 on the West side of building and 6-8 on the North side past the pumps. 25ish parking spots in total.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps and parking right next to the ramps.

When I was travelling across Indiana and stumbled across this masterpiece, I didn’t expect anything different from other gas stations/subways but when I entered, It was surreal. The owner and staff greeted me politely just as when I entered. Great food, Better atmosphere, with WAY better service.
We drove from Auburn to avilla to get the buy-one-get-one special. Auburn is not honoring it. Order the spicy Italian sub online. get home from picking up the order to find it's not what we ordered. It is a chicken sandwich with bacon on it and black olives and sauce of some sort. Tried to call but they refuse to answer the phone. We do not want to travel all the way back over there tonight. That's something we will take care of. I will include pictures of what we were given.

Their food is amazing but the prices are ridiculous I bought four subs and almost spent 60 bucks. The staff was super awesome and efficient but the prices on their subs are getting way too ridiculous these days I remember at one point time I used to be $5 foot long now it's like an $18 foot long in my opinion that's kind of ridiculous when it's supposed to be healthy for you
