“We ordered CFA for our son’s graduation party but when my husband went to pick it up, he drove off with the food—not realizing they were still bringing out another bag! A super nice woman from the store immediately called me to let me know and said she’d send a driver to personally deliver the forgotten tray of nuggets to our home in Brownsburg. He arrived quickly and was exceptionally polite. Customer service like that is what makes CFA stand out! Thank you so much and the kids at his party LOVED the food!!! ❤️❤️❤️“

“The chicken tasted fantastic as always! Though better than most chains, Cane’s food is cooked in a blend of canola and soybean oils. My hope is that this will change someday.

My only other complaint is the fairly high noise levels in their restaurants.“

“I have worked at IND. for 2 years now. I often come to this Chicfila for my lunch break. In the past, the staff were not very friendly or productive it seemed from a consumers POV. In the past 6 months, my experience has been wonderful, everyone is kind, efficient, vocal and complimentary towards each other and costumers! Especially Zion. He is a great employee and represents Chick-fil-A very well!“
