Staff is very rude and unorganized
This store ALWAYS forgets something or messes up my order. Today I had DoorDash deliver the order and noticed right away the bag was light. Ordered a bowl with 2 chips and large queso.
Bowl was the only thing that showed up (bag is sealed, so not the dasher’s fault). So went to the store to get those. Got back home and opened the bowl and half the ingredients were missing from that. No sour cream, beans, or tomato salsa.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers excellent customer service with kind and happy workers. The management is doing a great job. The burritos are large and filling, and the chips with queso and salsa are excellent. The food and service are always good, and the staff works quick. The overall ambiance is cool with clean surroundings and good lighting. However, online ordering is not convenient due to the store, as orders are not always ready when promised.
