“I went to Hummus Republic for the first time tonight!!! OMGosh…it was amazing!! Starting right when I walked in I told them I was a newbie and my server walked me thru the menu from start to finish! Made great suggestions and offered a couple taste testing and sent me home with a fantastic Bowl meal plus so filling I have leftovers for lunch tomorrow!!! Can’t wait until I’m back in the area for the opportunity to try some of these other options!! Great food great service and fair prices!! Thank you for perfect recommendations!!“

“Our daughter and boyfriend's rehearsal dinner was held at Opa's on Oct. 17, 2025 with rave reviews from all attending. The owner was so accommodating to work with and the food was delicious.
