I don't typically do online reviews but I'm hoping this makes it to the location owner for the Papa Johns in Avon, IN. After notification that our order was arriving, and it never arriving, we called the store. We received 2 different stories about confusion over our address, delivering to the wrong location, the ticket not being readable by the driver... were told the order would be there in 10-15 mins, then 5-10 mins. Another 30 minutes later, no order. So we call back.......read full review

Terrible customer service! I picked up my food and they originally couldn't find my order. Then while waiting I talked to the manager bc They had 3 company vehicles outside all were parked in the emergency fire lane and blocking the store entrance. I politely suggested that they move the cars (I'm an emt...I don't play that game).
