“Dietary restrictions: I'm diabetic and besides salads there is nothing else I technically can have. It would be so nice if I could get a full sandwich instead of having to take the bun off. No fast food has items geared towards diabetics. Just think of the money they would make. Also, need to bring back the grilled chicken, breaded is not good for diabetics.

Parking: You can park pretty much on all four sides.“

“Came for my reward after working night shift and was greeted nicely by an older woman taking orders. She didn’t miss a beat! Super sweet and personable. Then went to second window and the young lady wiped my cup off and handled it to me with a smile. Wow. Hard to find these days! My food was smoking hot and delicious. Best McDonald’s experience ever! Thank you 😊“

“It seems like every time I used to come here something would happen. They’d forget my ice, ask me to wait and when I’d finally get the food it was cold, staff was a little rude at times, and my order was wrong almost every time. However, the last month has changed my opinion. I’ve been to this Wendy’s 2 times in the last month with my boyfriend and both times the staff was extremely friendly. The first time we had to wait a little bit for our food but they gave us an extra free frosty and were overly apologetic for the wait. The food was hot and exactly what we wanted. Then just this past week we stopped by and they once again asked us to pull forward for our food. They gave us an entire extra sandwich! We went back over our receipt and we didn’t accidentally order an extra, they might have done this on accident but either way j was extremely happy. My opinion has been turned around and I really enjoy coming here!“

“It was busy with all the people going to see the eclipse, but everything was timely and hot, and the people were super nice. Louisville mcdonald's should send their management to these small towns and show them how it is supposed to work.“
