“I have been to this location three times in the past few weeks, and every time the service has been exceptional, the food was perfectly prepared, and it came out so quickly ! This has become my new favorite place to get a quick bite in Salem.“
“I was hungry after mowing the yard, so I decided to go to DQ. I had to wait a couple of minutes for someone to serve me, but it was easy to order once the employee came to the register. I ordered the 4 piece chicken strip basket, which comes with sausage gravy, buttered toast and fries, and a large drink. I went ahead and got my drink and sat down, and my food was brought to my table shortly thereafter. Strips were fresh and hot and the gravy was the perfect consistency for dipping. Toast was the perfect doneness. My only complaint was the fries must have been made earlier, because they were cold very quickly.Atmosphere is pleasant and the music is from the 80s.DQ is an enjoyable place to eat and I have never had a bad meal from there.“
“Service is slow, and the cashier rang my food up in the most expensive way. I would have ordered ahead, but there were major technical issues. I did not think it was worth the money that I paid. Food was good though. No complaints there. It was fresh and hot. Even so, my likelihood of returning is about 35%.“
“Well I have been a critic of this location for unhappy employees and getting pulled forward no matter what you order or when. Like how do you order food, get pulled forward, and still get cold fries? However, this past little bit I am noticing a difference! I also noticed some new fresh smiling faces in the restaurant. Thanks for the improvements!EDITBACK TO PULL FORWARD! THERE WASN'T EVEN A CAR IN THE DRIVE THRU. I ADDED A PICTURE. PEOPLE COULDN'T EVEN PULL IN THE PARKING LOT!!! I'M GUESSING THEY DO THIS FOR CORPORATE AND IT'S D****“
“Wonderful dining experience! We stopped in around brunch time. For anyone local to Indiana who knows of the old Golden Gables (now closed) western omelet and misses it, stop in the Dinner Bell and get you one of theirs. Just the aroma of the omelet passing by you as they place it on the table will be a flashback to the past. And I definitely recommend the pancakes, as well! Fun diner experience with the old school checkered floors and Coca-Cola memorabilia :) The staff was friendly and efficient, and food was phenomenal. Will definitely be back again!Kid-friendliness: Family-friendly dining atmosphere.“
