“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“I love this place! Me and my family come here every now and then for some burgers and culvers does not disappoint. Their chicken and burgers are the best (in my opinion) and their ice cream is wonderful. They have more flavors and toppings than I've ever seen before. The downside though is that the place is never clean. Its not awful but the tables and chairs/booths always have crumbs on them so you know they dont get wiped down. Also the service kinda just depends on the night. It is usually relatively quick.“

“I had another ugly Whopper today. Just was warm. If they were HOT i would love to add cheese. Sweet tea NOT sweet. Whoppers look better when Austin makes them. YOU may want to see if he is back there. Also, the dinning area is much much cleaner if Michelle and/or Rowena are there. they just seem to care more!😐“

“Came for my reward after working night shift and was greeted nicely by an older woman taking orders. She didn’t miss a beat! Super sweet and personable. Then went to second window and the young lady wiped my cup off and handled it to me with a smile. Wow. Hard to find these days! My food was smoking hot and delicious. Best McDonald’s experience ever! Thank you 😊“

“Dietary restrictions: I'm diabetic and besides salads there is nothing else I technically can have. It would be so nice if I could get a full sandwich instead of having to take the bun off. No fast food has items geared towards diabetics. Just think of the money they would make. Also, need to bring back the grilled chicken, breaded is not good for diabetics.

Parking: You can park pretty much on all four sides.“

“Downloaded the Wendy’s app in hopes making the ordering process faster, as I was running late for my son‘s nap time. Unfortunately, the delivery app used my location and somehow I ended up ordering in another state. I didn’t catch this until I was already at the restaurant and we could not find my order in the system. My order had disappeared from the Wendy’s app, and I was having difficulty canceling my order and re-ordering. The management team went above and beyond. They went ahead and made my food and gave it to me, despite me not having paid or ordered at the right location. They gave me the resources to cancel my order and refund my money at another time. So thankful for the caring individuals who helped me today! Wish I could’ve caught names to give a proper thanks. Food was great, as you would expect any Wendy’s establishment to be. Highly recommend if you are stopping through the Mitchell area!🙂“

“We visit this McDonald's two or three times a week, and the staff is absolutely awesome! They work incredibly hard, and they are so welcoming that we've actually formed genuine friendships with them over time. The small hamburgers are consistently excellent—I highly recommend ordering them with only pickles and no salt. Also, a pro tip: definitely use the McDonald's app to get 15-20% off your order!“
