Military, fire, and police discounts have been discontinued due to theft of employees. Penn station was founded for support of service members. Very poor management decision to punish service members due to bad management of employees. Another corporate greed company about to destroy the company.

Staff not in uniform. No company shirts nor hats. Food took over 30 minutes, all I ordered was a small grilled Italian and small fresh cut. The sandwich was made incorrectly. No napkins for the take out order. Not thanked or welcomed

First time to visit a Penn Station. Employee was unfriendly and not very helpful. Fries were AMAZING ??
Parking: Had been camping. Plenty of room for the campers and trailers!
