My wife and I ate here on Wednesday evening, 12/27/2023. We have to begin with the server. His name is Ryan (didn't get his last name). BW&R needs to closely watch this guy. Local Management does, too. Ryan is the model waiter that this company needs to have all other staff emulate. He was polite, professional, and personable. This is my 4th time ordering online. There is no place to add requests. Eg. Box chips separate on nachos. I don't think the kitchen reads the ticket, and one time, I didn't get any chicken!! Step it up. This use to be a fantastic place for

Ryan is always on his A game, he is always being appropriately playful with my kids (bringing them coloring pages, high chairs for baby dolls, and just being friendly with them), his service is always excellent.
