The parking lot is one of the dumbest things I've ever seen! The drive-thru is close to the entrance and when there are like 3 cars waiting to order no one can get into the parking lot to park, and if there are more than 3 cars backed up wanting to order then they are hanging out in the street! If they would have faced the parking places at a different angle, then you would be able to pull in and park from the other entrance, but you can't because of the way they are angled. Also, it's the only coffee shop like it in the area, so they are always very busy. They have long wait times when they are busy. It isn't out of the ordinary to have to wait 30+ minutes, and they always run out of amond milk! You would think that such a large corporation could afford to build a bigger parking lot and store and hire an architect to design the drive-thru and parking! If there were another coffee shop with almond milk or some kind of dairy alternative, I would never go back there!

This Starbucks is a good location, but there is extremely limited parking, and they must expand. Store is not able to handle normal business during their peak times….and traffic blocks 16th street traffic. I waited nearly 15 minutes for a simple brewed coffee because all the mobile orders that came in ahead of mine; ended up getting a refund and walking out because the cashier told me I had to wait. Staff was behind by almost 30 orders. This location needs a complete overhaul…start with parking and drive thru line then expand the kitchen/equipment to meet the growing demand.

Parking: As most of my fellow “Bedford-ites” can attest to, the parking lot and drive through for this location is absolutely abysmal. There aren’t enough parking spaces, and the drive through line routinely backs up into the street, which just happens to be THE busiest street in all of our small town.

It's like any other Starbucks, I just personally don't like the entrance. It's two very sharp turns to get to the intercom and personally, if I wanted to walk in, I'd still have to wait for however many people are in front of me to go in. They should have thought out the placement of the intercom.
